Adam graduated from Duke University in 1983 and Cardozo School of Law in 1986. He was admitted to the bar in 1986, by which time he was actively involved in the practice of law with his father, Leonard F. Rothkrug, concentrating in the field of NYC Zoning and Administrative Law.
Adam has represented a number of Fortune 500 companies, including General Motors, McDonalds, Costco, and Citibank; as well as large and small developers throughout the City of New York and Long Island.
He has been qualified in court as an expert witness and conducted CLE courses in the field of zoning. Adam has acted as zoning counsel in connection with “air rights” transfers, construction of high-rise apartment buildings, and real estate development and financing transactions.
