The firm traces its roots to Adam W. Rothkrug’s early career practicing zoning and administrative law alongside his father, Leonard F. Rothkrug, in New York City. Over decades, that zoning-first foundation grew into a full-service real estate practice as partners Simon H. Rothkrug and Douglas M. Spector joined and expanded the firm’s capabilities into litigation, tax, corporate law, and complex transactions.
Today the firm operates as one integrated team out of Great Neck, New York — close enough to the city to appear before the Board of Standards and Appeals, City Planning Commission, and City Council on short notice.
