Neal S. Friedman is a transactional attorney who specializes in negotiating and closing residential and commercial real estate transactions, from the routine to the complex.

Before joining the firm, Neal practiced as an associate at Rapier & Wilson, P.C. in Allen, Texas, concentrating in real estate, probate, small estate planning, and civil litigation. Earlier in his career, as a sole practitioner for a decade, he represented clients in real estate transactions with a concentration in foreclosure litigation, landlord/tenant matters, workouts, creditor bankruptcy, and residential closings.

A native of Wantagh, New York, Neal is a member of the Nassau County, New York State, and Texas Bar Associations, and is active in his community, including service on the board of the Wantagh Kiwanis Club.
