Todd Dale’s practice centers on land use and administrative law, representing property owners in applications filed with the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals and the Department of City Planning.
His land use work includes variances, special permits, administrative appeals, and zoning map amendments — spanning research and review of zoning issues, drafting application materials, and appearances before city agencies and local Community Boards. Todd also represents property and business owners in hearings before the Environmental Control Board, and before the Department of Buildings, Fire Department, Department of Health, and Department of Consumer Affairs.
Todd earned a B.A. in History and English from the University of Michigan and graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2006, where he was a member of the International Law Journal and participated in the school’s Legal Services Corporate and Real Estate Clinic. He joined Rothkrug Rothkrug & Spector, LLP as an associate in 2007 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
